About Eccleswood Villa
We are building Eccleswood Villa one member at a time.
Eccleswood Villa is a crowd funding project that offers a membership in exchange for exclusive access to book a stay at the villa once it is complete. The goal of the project is to raise $500k to build and launch Eccleswood Villa. Each member brings us one step closer to the goal.
Building Eccleswood
Phase I
(pick the coconut)
During the first phase of the project we will prepare the land to be built on, hire an architect and submit the architectural plans to the parish and more.
Phase II
(husk the coconut)
During phase two of the project we will begin construction, have an inspection by the parish, furnish the buildings, begin landscaping and more.
Phase III
(enjoy the coconut)
In phase three of the project we will launch the booking website, have a grand opening, begin our project for the local community and more.
We Celebrate Local!
We will hire as locally as possible from project start to completion. 10% of funds raised will be used to rebuild the community center and the community factory in the Reach community.
